It was a privilege to take part in the course on labour relations.
It gave me not only the knowledge but also the skills with which to handle the conflict situations typical of labour relations in Argentina and South America, in my role as adviser to the Under-Secretary for Labour and Social Security, Mr. Julio A. Galer. He has my gratitude, as do all the officials of the Training Centre in Turin.
