Introduction to the course
This MOOC aims to introduce fundamental concepts of public procurement to professionals collaterally dealing with procurement activities and processes and to bridge the skill gap to enable the participants to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to enhance performance in public procurement and improve procurement outcomes.
The course targets are Professional staff from IFAD’s network who are not directly involved in procurement activities but are interested in public procurement and/or in IFAD-funded projects.
