This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the global challenge of forced labour, with a focus on practical measures for its eradication. Participants will explore the legal frameworks, including relevant ILO Conventions and Recommendations, that underpin efforts to combat forced labour. The course will also delve into the socio-economic factors that contribute to the persistence of forced labour and examine best practices for prevention, protection, and remediation.
