Introduction to the Course
The Global Governance and Innovation Talent Camp is a cluster of intensive training sessions the ITCILO implements and organizes either as a stand-alone, fully-fledged course, or as part broader learning experiences co-designed with and hosted by partner institutions.
With the first edition of the programme organized online, the second edition was part of a homonymous global competence development training course hosted by the Xi'An Jiaotong University (XJTU) Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center as a hybrid event, implemented concurrently online and in Xi’An, China.
In its latest edition, the Talent Camp supported undergraduate and graduate students in international studies and foreign languages from XJTU and other Xi'An universities with their ambition to take up entry-level roles across international, civil society organizations and social enterprises.
This training activity is part of the INTEGRŌ curriculum.
Who attends this Course?
Partner institutions select Talent Camp participants among undergraduate and graduate students across all disciplines and major-minor combinations.
Participants share a determination to expand their global competence skillset for a global career in support of sustainable development efforts and initiatives. They also share a commitment to the and an interest in the mandate, vision and mission of the ILO.
What will I learn?

- Roles the next generation of leaders can play in supporting sustainable development efforts and initiatives across international, civil society organizations and social enterprises;
- Soft skills and competencies essential to the pursuit of an effective, global career.
Certificate
Participants achieve learning aims with a series of weekly synchronous and asynchronous tasks completed in groups. Participants completing all required activities unlock an official ITCILO Certificate of Participation in Digital Credentials Format.
If organized within the framework of a broader global competence development course, participants may obtain two certificates: one from the ITCILO, one from the (co-)hosting partner institution.

INTEGRŌ is the global competence development facility for future leaders in the world of work of the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO). Highlighting the ILO’s contributions in achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, INTEGRŌ motivates future leaders to leverage synergies that connect Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8) to all of the other Goals for the benefit of their communities of reference. INTEGRŌ offers a wide range of global competence training opportunities which, while being stand-alone, work in synergy with one another for the formulation of a dynamic, integrated curriculum.
