Collaboration between ITC ILO and DCT Abu Dhabi

The International Training Center of the International Labour Organization (ITC ILO) is collaborating with the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) on a capacity development program for senior professionals working in the Cultural and Creative Industries.

As part of this collaboration, a delegation of senior tourism, heritage and museum professionals will be conducting a Grand Study tour of the Piedmont region from September 16-21, 2024.  This curated tour is designed around three main aims:

  • Introduce DCT professionals to the creative and cultural industries ecosystem in and around Turin
  • Meet key personnel working in Turin’s selected museums, heritage sites and cultural institutions
  • Explore collaboration and cooperation linkages between Abu Dhabi, Turin and the Piedmont region at large
