Dr. Chris Percy

Chris Percy PhD is a consulting researcher working primarily on emerging technologies, career trajectories, and economic development. He has some 20 years of cross-sector experience and over 50 academic & sector publications. Past clients include the OECD, the World Bank, the Royal Society, the Open University, EU organisations such as Cedefop, local authorities and government departments across all four nations of the UK, and governments in the Middle East and East Asia. Chris is a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Derby and served previously as interim Director of Academic Strategy at Kings College London. His current R&D work includes exploring quantum technologies for learning, the metaphysical nature of artificial intelligence, and the potential for large language model AI to improve careers support
