For the past six years, the Employers' Young Professional Academy (EYPA) has trained 200+ young professionals of employers' organisations across Europe.
The course is managed by the ITCILO, in partnership with BusinessEurope, and co-financed by the European Union.
Each year, around 30 young professionals from employers' organisations in Europe come to the ITCILO in Turin for three workshops. Each training activity explores a different theme that is relevant to the day-to-day life of employers, notably advocacy, economic growth and jobs, and social dialogue.
The impact and the main achievements of the EYPA between 2012 and 2017 have been assessed by an external consultant and are available in the evaluation report.
