This first gathering of parties interested in UN Capacity Development was held in Turin last December. Participants shared their experiences, mostly focusing on how training institutions are engaged as multipliers. The Forum addressed many questions and achieved two main results:

1. extending knowledge and sharing experience of capacity development; and
2. paving the way for the establishment of an UN Capacity Development network.

The Report contains concrete suggestions made by the participants on how to continue working together and so create added value for the community of interested parties.
