Job creation in FCAS (Fragile and Conflict Affected Settings) has become a strategic priority for UN agencies and International NGOs working at the intersection between humanitarian and development activities. This requires the transformation of short-term livelihoods programming into sustained labour market opportunities for vulnerable and conflict-affected groups.
