The ITCILO Certification ensures high quality standards for facilitators implementing the ILO methodologies and tools for gender equality and non-discrimination at work. It provides guarantees to interested organizations that Certified Facilitators have the necessary gender expertise and excellent knowledge and hands-on in running the ILO methodologies.

A showcase of profiles of ILO-certified gender facilitators on key gender equality issues, searchable by language, region or specific expertise, as well as a space for facilitators to share opportunities and resources.
DATABASE of Certified ILO Participatory Gender Audit (PGA) Facilitators
It provides a web platform for sharing profiles, accessing new resources and new methodologies. It is also the monitoring tool to maintain the validity of the certification and to update and promote expertise.
DATABASE of Certified ILO gender-neutral job evaluation for Equal Pay (GNJE) Facilitators
The database contains the information from experts on gender-neutral job evaluation, trained to apply the ILO methodology, from the selection of jobs to be assessed, through the different stages of job evaluation, to equalizing pay.
Gender Facilitators certified by the ITCILO are highly qualified to accompany organizations through this participatory process.
Certified Gender Facilitators meet certain requirements, including prior professional and/or academic experience in gender equality issues. They have completed a blended capacity development programme and an assessment in the form of a written or oral tests, with a minimum score of 70%, leading to the ITCILO Certificate of Achievement, signed by both the ILO and the ITCILO.
