Tom Wambeke, originally from Belgium, brings over two decades of experience as a Senior Executive at the United Nations, focusing on managing capacity development programs that emphasise learning innovation and digital transformation across more than 50 countries.

Tom holds master diplomas from the University of Leuven and the University of Antwerp, along with executive certificates from Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As the author of several toolkits and publications in these fields, he brings a wealth of expertise to every stage. Since 2015, Tom has served as Chief Learning Innovation Officer at ITCILO, where he specializes in designing sustainable learning solutions that drive organizational change. Based in Turin, Italy, Tom leads transformative initiatives, drawing on his certification as an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) professional. His work focuses on strategic planning, participatory knowledge sharing, and fostering networked learning.
