Welcome to the AI Forum, an event born from ITCILO's two years of pioneering work in AI and learning. Our goal is to share the invaluable lessons and challenges we've encountered. Over this period, we've launched innovative initiatives like the AI Masterclass, Innovation Day, and the AI Gameboard, gathering significant insights along the way. Building on the success of these events and tools, we're now preparing for an even larger and more impactful event.

In today's rapidly evolving landscape, every organization seeks to harness the transformative power of AI. Our forum adopts a hands-on, hackathon-style approach where organizations tackle specific AI-related challenges. This interactive format allows organizations to explore innovative AI solutions and strategies, ensuring smooth and beneficial AI integration.

At the AI Forum, you'll work through a full design iteration process, guided by AI experts and facilitators. Over three days, participants will collaborate with partner groups, engage with inspirational speakers, and enjoy ample networking opportunities. By the end of the forum, each group will have developed tangible solutions or strategies to address their unique AI challenges.

• Enhanced Instructional Design and Educational Content Development: Leverage AI for content creation, instructional design, and multimedia production to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
• Streamlined Administrative Processes, Data Analysis, and Decision Making: Apply AI to streamline administrative tasks, enhance reporting processes, and conduct data analysis for more efficient decision-making.
• Personalized Learning and Coaching: Use AI to provide personalized learning experiences and coaching, offering tailored educational paths to enhance learners' journeys and reduce dropouts.

Day 1: EXPLORE - Foresighting the Future with AI

Start with exploration and visionary thinking. Keynotes and panel discussions will set the stage for understanding AI's broad impacts. Group work sessions will brainstorm visionary concepts and transformative scenarios AI could enable.

Day 2: REDEFINE - From Vision to Concrete Solutions

Transition from broad visions to practical solutions. Discussions will focus on ethics, skills development, and AI integration. Group work will refine ideas from Day 1, ensuring they are feasible, ethically sound, and aligned with real-world needs.

Day 3: APPLICATION - Prototyping Solutions to Challenges

Focus on application and action. Participants will develop prototypes, frameworks, or pilot plans, ready for implementation and further development.
