Introduction to the course
The e-learning course on core skills for life and work in the 21st century contributes to the ILO's efforts to promote personal and professional development for all through lifelong learning. Participants will study a national core-skills framework and an analysis of the impact of the global drivers of transformative change in the world of work in order to identify the core skills necessary for adaptation to the future of work.
Who attends this course?
- Trainers on policymakers and technical advisers from ministries working in the field of skills development;
- representatives of local authorities and other state actors;
- staff of qualification agencies or similar institutions;
- managers of public employment services;
- human resource managers, staff of employers' organizations and trade union representatives involved in work-based learning;
- experts and technical staff of civil society organizations, NGOs, and other NPOs working in the field of skills development.
