Introduction to the course

The aim of this course is to ensure that professionals working in social protection across the world are empowered to step up to the challenge of driving change, nationally and internationally. Through self-reflection, sharing of good practices and live interaction with peers and sector experts, participants will be able to hone core skills underpinning effective leadership for social protection. Successful participants will obtain a Certificate of Achievement that is eligible for the Diploma for Social Protection Managers.

Who attends this course?

The course is designed for experienced officials, managers and executives of social protection institutions, ministries, international organizations, the social partners and civil society who are tasked with designing and managing social protection programmes.

The course is targeted at experienced officials, managers and executives from social protection institutions, ministries, international organizations, social partners and civil society who are tasked with designing and managing social protection programmes.
