As the Decade of Action calls for accelerating sustainable solution pathways to the world’s biggest challenges, it is important to continue including youth in their design and implementation.
This calls on youth eager to pursue an international career to acquire skills necessary to bring about change and to support efforts aimed at helping achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
A United Nations training institution and training arm of the International Labour Organization, the ITCILO invites participants to the Summer 2023 edition of its Global Youth Forum – an experiential learning platform bringing youth at the forefront of efforts aimed at supporting the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and achieving its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Summer Global Youth Forum welcomes undergraduate, graduate students and young professionals eager to acquire the skills necessary to pursue an international career in service of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. We receive applications from youth aspiring to act as agents of sustainable change in any sector – public, private, and non-profit.

Participants achieve Forum learning aims with a series of weekly asynchronous tasks completed in groups. Participants completing all required activities unlock an official ITCILO Certificate of Participation in Digital Credentials Format while gaining access to a 500+ Global Youth Forum Alumni network.
