Présentation du cours

Labour markets around the world are characterized by significant gender disparities, even in the most advanced economies. A gender responsive and integrated approach to employment and economic policies is needed. This is the case particularly in the context of creating jobs, skills and improving women's access to decent and productive employment, including through the promotion of a just transition to climate neutral economies and societies. This online course will offer the opportunity to learn how to address gender inequality through integrated approaches that tackle both labour demand and supply challenges, and the interaction between the two.
