Manuela has over 25 years of experience at the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), where she contributes to the design, coordination, and submission of proposals for development projects. She also coordinates training courses on project management-related aspects. Manuela is well-versed in the implementation and contractual regulations of various donors, including the European Union, the World Bank, other international financial institutions, bilateral donors, and other funding bodies.
In her role, she supports ITCILO programmes in establishing contractual agreements with different donors and ensures compliance during project implementation, particularly with regard to administrative, contractual, and monitoring aspects in line with the principles of Project Cycle Management (PCM). She holds a Master's degree in European Integration and Project Management from the University of Padua, as well as a Maîtrise universitaire in economic and legal translation from the University of Geneva.
