Miguel Panadero

Miguel Panadero is the Acting Director of the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) and Deputy Director leading its Integrated Business Centre, bringing over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, and learning within the international public sector. He has served in various roles across the UN, OSCE, and EU, with a strong track record in multilateral diplomacy, crisis management, human resources, and digital transformation. A Spanish national, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and has pursued doctoral studies in regional analysis across institutions in Spain, the UK, and Belgium. Miguel has led major initiatives in ERP, CRM, CMS, and LMS deployment, championing innovation and operational excellence. His leadership has been central to enhancing professional development and knowledge management across the UN system, particularly through his role in advancing the UNSSC’s Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management.
