Participants will explore how to assess and review public expenditure, optimise spending patterns, navigate fiscal constraints, and implement pro-employment budgets that drive sustainable economic growth while addressing the challenges of underemployment, informality, and inequality. It will also look at the important role of Integrated National Financing Frameworks (INFFs) and how they can be shaped and improved towards achieving employment and decent work targets, including those defined under SDG8.
