This training aims to reinforce the role of workers' organizations in taking advantage of the inclusion of safe and healthy Working Environment in the ILO's framework of fundamental principles and rights at work, and the implications arising out of this for trade unions' agendas, focusing on violence and harassment as an Important OSH issue. One of the focus of the course will be underlining the power and new approaches of social dialogue and collective agreements for implementing working environments with OSH policies and free from violence and harassment.
