Six ILO constituents from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan are participating in a study visit, from 15 to 18 July 2019, designed to expose the participants to a theoretical framework for the promotion of decent work in situations of fragility and ILO Recommendation 205 on Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience, together with a practical initiative on how to promote decent work in a fragile context.
The delegation is led by H.E. Mr. Abdul Karim Hashimi, Deputy Minister of Labour, and Mr. Bashir Tauhidi, Deputy Governor of Balk Province. The study visit is organized in collaboration with ILO Kabul and the ILO TC Road to Jobs project.
