What will I learn?
Participants will acquire a deeper practical understanding of how blended and hybrid learning can help learners develop competencies such as autonomy, problem-solving, critical thinking, as well as a sense of self-efficacy. You’ll discover the importance of being able to blend digital learning methods into your training, to help your learners become more comfortable and proficient in the digital workplaces they will join. Throughout the course, you will also receive personalized feedback on your blended/hybrid training design, ensuring that you can apply these insights effectively.

- Develop a deeper understanding of blended and hybrid learning, and how to use it in their own learning practices;

What is the course methodology?
The training methodology is designed to deliver a dynamic and immersive learning experience, tailored to the specific needs and working practices of the organization requesting it. The training can be delivered entirely online, fully physical at ITCILO Innovation Lab or in a blended format.
